7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a monthly plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at hi@launchnowai.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. There is no prorated refund for the remaining days in a billing period after the 7-day window has passed. You retain access to the service until the end of the period you paid for.

Launch Day Boost add-on

The Launch Day Boost is a one-time add-on. Because delivery begins as soon as you purchase it, we do not offer refunds on this add-on once work has started.

How to request a refund

Email hi@launchnowai.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your account email address. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
