By accessing or using LaunchNowAI, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

LaunchNowAI provides pre-launch automation tools for indie founders: AI-driven contact discovery, compliant outreach campaigns, and waitlist landing pages. All outreach sent through the platform includes legally required opt-out mechanisms.

Acceptable use

You may use LaunchNowAI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to send unsolicited messages beyond the scope of campaigns you configure, to harass individuals, or to violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant LaunchNowAI a limited licence to process that content in order to deliver the service.

Limitation of liability

LaunchNowAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
